Deserted Belongings

Did, did you leave things behind?

Hm?

Did you leave things behind?

I had nothing what to leave, nothing what to take. I had nothing.

So, all these things that you had been organizing, you had given them all away already.

Yeah, I tell you, I give it away at Mauthausen already. For a little soup, for a quarter of soup.

So, you took something with you?

Yeah, it's a little lady's, woman's sock, you know. I had the, the rings, gold, some pieces, you know, diamonds, some. But when we come to Mauthausen, we have to undress, get a shower again, you know. Disinfect us and they took everything away anyway. So, I give it away for a little soup.

All of it?

I wouldn't get it through anyway. They would kill me if they find it.
