Liquidation of the Ghetto

And then we stayed in Mława ghetto and the situation with the Jews got worse and worse. The hanging, beatings, shootings was a daily occurrence. And uh, we actually didn't know what was going on and at that time, you already had Auschwitz where the uh, gas chambers and everything. We didn't know. And in '42 in the winter, on I believe in October, was the Final Sol... I mean, the final liquidation of our--the Jews in our hometown.

Mm-hm.

There were three transports. The first one was the all the old people and was another uh, transport one with the children in November in '42 to Auschwitz.
