Did... did anyone ever get operated on by Mengele? Did Mengele ever operate on anybody you knew?
Not exactly what I know, but...You see, when they...they picked from every transport, like the Greek transports with young...young girls, you know. And they keep them separate, you know. They give them a little more food, extra, too. They give them a little more... a bigger piece bread.
Why?
??? to keep them. There's a reason why. They keep them more healthy. And I was in operations where they castrated people, men, mens . I seen it.
You watched it? Were you assisting Mengele then? Were you helping Mengele then?
No. Mengele didn't do it, it was some other one.
Do you remember who it was?
Mengele didn't do it, this castration, I didn't do it. I saw it at the time... Doctor do.
Do you remember the other doctors?
Civilians, I don't know.
Civilian doctors. How did you react to that?
You know, the funny thing, a friend of mine was castrated, at least they cut him too. He married and he has children too. His children, they go over there... It's so funny, they got a big sum of money. You know, there's so many things, I don't know where to start with, you know.
