So you completed your medical education in Prague?
I completed my medical edu...finished my medical education in Prague and then I, I--after three months later I escaped Czechoslovakia and went to Israel.
And what year was that?
That--I escaped in '49 in December, and you ask me how do I remember this? It was September the 31st and '49, and in February the--I stayed in, in uh, Vienna to escape through Czechoslovakia through the Russian zone through the--to Vienna to the uh, American occupied--into the American occupied zone. And from there again through the Russian occupied zone to Salzburg and from there to Israel. And I arrived there in February 1950.
