The following is an interview with Mrs. Rita Rosenzweig on the morning of March 24, 1983, at her home in Southfield, Michigan. The interviewer is Anita Schwartz.

Could you tell me your name please, and where you were born?

Okay, I'm Rita Rosenzweig. I was born in Belgium, Sûre was province of Liège.

Were you still living in that area when the war broke out?

No, un-uh. I was living in Liège with my mother.

Rosenzweig. This is your married name? Can you tell me...

In a way, yeah. My maiden name is Rosenzweig also.
