Pre-War Life I
Tell me something about your household. What was a Friday night like in your house?
Friday night everybody has to be dressed, has to go to shul, have to have Kiddish, make...be home for a meal. Nobody can miss it, can't miss it you know. Everybody has to be there.
So, you went to shul with your Father and your brothers?
Yeah, yeah, we had to go to shul.
Did, did you go to cheder, as well?
Everything, ???
What were your plans before the war started? Would you, would you have become a rabbi do you think?
Well, my Father would have liked to but I didn't.
What did you want to do?
I just wanted to be going to work, see, see the world.
